Opening today is the new comedy-drama The Men Who Stare at Goats, starring George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges. The film follows struggling reporter Bob Wilton, played by McGregor, who gets the scoop of a lifetime when he meets Lyn Cassady, played by Clooney, who claims to be from a unit of psychic soldiers who have been reactivated for duty. Opening today is the new thriller The Fourth Kind, starring Milla Jojovich. The Fourth Kind is set in Nome, Alaska where a large number of the population are reported missing every year. Although the FBI has been investigating, nothing has been discovered until Dr. Abigail Tyler, played by Jojovich, started videotaping sessions with traumatized patients and discovers some of the most disturbing evidence of alien adbuction even documented.
The Fourth Kind is rated PG-13 and has a running time of 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Opening today (November 6th) is the new thriller The Box, from director David Kelly, known best for directing the cult film Donnie Darko. The film stars Cameron Diaz, James Marsden and Frank Langella. The Box follows suburban couple Norma, played by Diaz, and Athur, played by Marsden, who face a moral dilemna after being presented with a button that if pushed will 1) bestow $1 million upon them and 2) cause a stranger's death. The box is only theirs for 24 hours and Norma and Arthur must consider their chioces and explore the depths of their humanity.

Opening today (November 6th) is the new Disney animated film A Christmas Carol. The film follows Charles Dickens' classic story of Scrooge and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet-To-Come as they visit him and try to bring warmth to his otherwise cold heart. Jim Carrey plays Scrooge and the three ghosts with Robert Zemeckis directing.
A Christmas Carol is rated PG and has a running time of 1 hour and 35 minutes.
The film will be shown in 3D in equipped theaters.
A Christmas Carol also stars Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Robin Wright Penn and Cary Elwes.

KATE HUDSON CELEBRATES WORLD SERIES VICTORY WITH ALEX RODRIGUEZ: Kate Hudson celebrated boyfriend Alex Rodriguez's World Series victory in New York on Wednesday (November 4th) night. Usmagazine.com reports that the couple was joined by Rodriguez's mother and sister -- as well as his teammate Derek Jeter and his celebrity girlfriend Minka Kelly. Sources said that Hudson and her champion beau "got there at 2 a.m., but Kate left after a half-hour while A-Rod stayed close to 5 am. Minka and Derek seemed really happy, as did they all, and didn't leave until 5 as well."

JOHNNY DEPP AND ANGELINA JOLIE TO STAR TOGETHER? Johnny Depp is reportedly in talks to star opposite Angelina Jolie in The Tourist. Variety reports that negotiations are in place to have Depp play an American tourist "drawn into a web of intrigue" by Jolie's character -- a female Interpol agent who is trying to track down a criminal/former lover. Jolie recently took over the role, which was originally intended for Charlize Theron.

The Lohan family drama continues to unfold in the public eye as patriarch Michael continues releasing private audio tapes as proof that daughter Lindsay has been going through a rough time. Eddie Cibrian is reportedly cheating on his one-time mistress, LeAnn Rimes. Life & Style reports that just months after dumping his wife for the singer, Cibrian is sleeping with Scheana Marie Jancan -- the woman who publicized her past affair with the actor in the middle of his Rimes cheating scandal.
A source told the magazine, "He told (Jancan) he's only with LeAnn for the publicity and that he plans to end things with her soon."
Insiders also claim that Cibrian has been hooking up with yet another woman in New York.

Khloe Kardashian's ex-boyfriend says that she faked parts of their relationship for her E! reality show. On an episode of Khloe and Kourtney Take Miami, the sisters supposedly break into NBC player Rashad McCants' phone to discover that other girls had been leaving him messages.
McCants, however, told the New York Post that they "made the whole thing up" because the sisters did not have his phone number.
He added that the relationship with Khloe was over well before the segment was even taped.

Even though they're not officially a couple, Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman are still planning on spending Thanksgiving together. The on-off tabloid stars announced their plans -- but fought over the issue -- during a taped interview with Entertainment Tonight.
After Hailey announced, "My family and I would never let him eat Thanksgiving dinner alone in an apartment. He's coming to our house for Thanksgiving. I don't care," Jon made her think about rescinding the invitation.
