JON GOSSELIN AND HAILEY GLASSMAN BICKER OVER THANKSGIVING PLANS

11/6/2009

Even though they're not officially a couple, Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman are still planning on spending Thanksgiving together. The on-off tabloid stars announced their plans -- but fought over the issue -- during a taped interview with Entertainment Tonight.

After Hailey announced, "My family and I would never let him eat Thanksgiving dinner alone in an apartment. He's coming to our house for Thanksgiving. I don't care," Jon made her think about rescinding the invitation.

He replied, "I still planned on going to her house on Thanksgiving; that was on my schedule," leading Hailey to retort, "On your schedule? What do you mean, 'On my schedule?' Let's see, Kate has the kids, and she's having a nice huge meal with Steve and his family. Uh, let's see, should I go to Hailey's or should I sit in my apartment all alone?"

The two continued bickering, so it remains to be seen whether the original plan will hold up in the coming weeks.

GLASSMAN, MICHAEL LOHAN TO BE SUBPOENAED IN GOSSELIN LAWSUIT

In other Gosselin news, People magazine reports that Glassman and Michael Lohan are among the witnesses TLC plans to subpoena in a breach of contract lawsuit filed against the reality star. Court documents show that the two Gosselin pals, as well as Gosselin's lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and his talent rep Matthew Kirschner will all be deposed in the case.

TLC sued Jon for breach of contract last month, claiming he made paid and unpaid television appearances without the network's permission.
