Both Lindsay Lohan and Gerard Butler are denying a report in London's Daily Mirror that they hooked up during a weekend stay in Morocco. Lohan simply dismissed the report as a "lie" when contacted by GossipCop.com, however Butler's rep told the website, "It is completely untrue and we are taking action against these claims."

LOHAN HAS GUN SCARE IN MOROCCO

Meanwhile, Lohan tweeted about a scary encounter in the country. She wrote, "Umm-OMFG! I was walking ahead of Patrick with the security guard&some guy was following me, then pulled up in his car&pointed a GUN at me! I Was on the phone w/my mum&i screamed and ducked&the guy started laughing&pushed the trigger&it was a fake gun . . . I was crying..he scared me."

REPORT: LINDSAY LOHAN NOT ACTIVELY PURSUING RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST DAD

In other Lohan news, TMZ.com reports that it's Lindsay's mother -- not the starlet herself -- who is actively trying to get a restraining order against dad Michael Lohan. Sources claim that Dina asked Lindsay's lawyer to go to court on her daughter's behalf, but the attorney "made it clear" that "Lindsay is an adult and can apply for a restraining order if she wants, but Dina has no business in Lindsay's business."

The lawyer told TMZ that Lindsay has not asked her to get the order yet.
